Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos if the plant arrived in poor condition.
Prepare for Transit
Carefully repackage the item in its original nursery pot and protective shipping materials to prevent damage during the return journey.

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
