We use specialized, eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the root ball and protect delicate foliage. Each plant is hydrated before transit and shipped via tracked delivery to minimize time spent in the box.
What happens if my plant arrives damaged?
We offer a 30-day health guarantee. If your plant arrives in poor condition, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or a full refund.
Do you provide care instructions for each plant?
Yes, every order includes a digital care guide tailored to your specific plant species, covering light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity preferences to help your new greenery thrive.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the plant has been prepared for shipment in our nursery, we are unable to make further changes.
